The Road to Jerusalem

The truth is, to pull this off I need a significant amount of financial support from my friends and family.  My parents have graciously agreed to purchase my plane tickets as a graduation present, and I’ve sent support letters out to relatives and professors.  You, my friends, are my last hope.

Will you sponsor a day of my trip?  It’s really simple: a day costs $25 flat.  If you sponsor a day of the trip, I’ll write you a letter shortly afterwards telling you the story about that day.  I’ll write about what I’m learning, what I experienced, how I’m doing—you’ll get the works.  And I’ll send it to you from overseas!  It’s a pretty good deal..

There’s a couple different ways you can donate.

If you want to do it all online, that’s pretty painless: send me an email at mikezosel@gmail.com with (a) your name, (b) the amount you’d like to donate, (c) your mailing address, and (d) which city (or cities!) you’d like me to write you from.  Once I get it, I’ll send you an e-mail via PayPal with an invoice.  You’ll have to register your card with their website; it will only take a few clicks and is actually safer and more secure than other payment methods.

Another way would be to write me a check and either hand it to me in person, or mail to it to me at 9912 NE 39th Street, Vancouver, WA 98662.  I’ll be long gone by the time it gets to me that way, but my mom can put it in the bank for me.

I’ll keep careful records of who wants what letter and when, and you’ll get a letter (or more!) from me this summer!  In the meantime, you can follow this blog to get regular updates on where I am and how I’m doing.
